1. Use of the site

2. Orders, pricing & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it once we confirm dispatch; until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
• We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we find an error affecting your order, we'll contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept prepaid payments through our third-party payment gateway and Cash on Delivery is not available. By submitting payment details, you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen method. Orders are processed only once payment is authorised, once the order is confirmed.

4. Returns & cancellations

Returns and exchanges are governed by our returns policy, and shipping by our shipping policy, both of which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Avenoro name, logo, product imagery, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Avenoro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Governing law & changes
