How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements for that style. Our apparel generally runs true to size; if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and we'll recommend the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. All orders are currently prepaid — the full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Not at the moment — all orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, or net banking through our secure payment gateway. If we introduce COD in the future, you'll see it as an option at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also see the live status of every order from your order history when signed in.

How long will shipping take?

After dispatch, metro cities usually receive orders within 1–2 business days and the rest of India within 8-10 business days. See our shipping policy for full details on rates and timelines.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 15 days from delivery to return or exchange most items, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. Read the full returns & exchanges policy for conditions and refund timelines.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to cancel or amend it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you can return eligible items after delivery.

Do I need an account to order?

You can browse freely, but creating an account lets you check out faster, save addresses, track orders, and view your purchase history. You can register from the sign-up page.

How does the wishlist work?

Save any product to your wishlist to come back to it later or keep an eye on it. Your wishlist is tied to your account, so it stays with you across devices when you're signed in.
